ससत्यचन्द्रचूडेन्द्रः विजयेन्द्रगुरुस्तु नः।
करुणापाङ्गवीक्षेण पातु मग्नान् भवार्णवे॥१॥
May Sri Vijayendra Saraswati along with Sri Satyachandrasekhendra Saraswati protect us, who are immersed in the ocean of Samsara, by their compassionate sidelong glances. (1)
भक्तवात्सल्यनिष्यन्दिमन्दस्मितमुखाम्बुजम्।
नमामो भक्तहृद्वासं सर्वदा दर्शनोत्सुकम्॥२ ॥
We extol the Acharya whose Lotus face characterized by a gentle smile exudes motherly affection towards the devotees, who resides in the hearts of the devotees and who ever graces (the devotees) by granting his darshana. (2)
धर्मप्रचोदनरतः सौजन्यवर्धनस्तथा।
जनमाङ्गल्यनिरतः योजनानां विधायकः॥३॥
All glories to the Acharya who is ever engaged in promoting Dharma, who encourages harmony, who is devoted to the welfare of mankind and who lays out plans (leading to welfare). (3)
गुरोरनुग्रहादेव तत्त्वबोधः प्रजायते ।
बोधात् संसारविलयः ततो मुक्तिरवाप्यते॥४॥
True knowledge dawns only by the grace of the Guru. The realisation of the truth leads to the dissolution of Samsara, thereafter one attains Mukti. (4)
अहङ्कारविनिर्मुक्ताः गुर्वनुग्रहकाङ्क्षिणः ।
ज्ञानभिक्षार्थिनो श्रीमद्गुर्वङ्घ्र्यालम्बिनो वयम् ॥५॥
We who are free from ego (Ahamkāra) and who are desirous of the grace of the Guru, hold on to the feet of the Guru and seek alms in the form of Knowledge. (5)
दाता श्रेयःप्रेयसयोः सर्वविघ्नहरो गुरुः।
वर्षत्वाचार्यवर्योऽयं कृपां सर्वेषु सर्वदा॥६॥
May the Guru, who is the bestower of cherished desires and the highest good and is the remover of obstacles ever shower his grace upon all. (6)
