Kumbhabhishekam of Shri Ellaiamman temple, Besantnagar, Chennai (07-Jun-26)

Devotees were blessed to witness the Pushpabhishekam and special pujas offered by Jagadguru Pujyashri Sri Shankara Vijayendra Saraswati Shankaracharya Swamigal and Pujyashri Sri Satya Chandrasekharendra Saraswati Shankaracharya Swamigal.

Devi Jagannatha Kamakshi was adorned and bathed with a vibrant array of flowers of varied colours. Vedic mantras and sacred shlokas filled the Vasanta Mandapam with divine vibrations. The utsavam, observed during the Tamil month of Vaikasi, marks the joyous celebration of spring. The entire event in the outer prakaram of the temple was imbued with spiritual fervour and grace.
Annual Kanchi Mahaswami Jayanti-Centenarian Trust Endowment Oration (31May26)
The Annual Kanchi Mahaswami Jayanti–Centenarian Trust Endowment Oration was held at Shrimatam on 31 May 2026 in the presence and blessings of Jagadguru Pujyashri Sri Shankara Vijayendra Saraswathi Shankaracharya Swamiji and Pujyashri Sri Satya Chandrasekharendra Saraswathi Swamiji.

The oration was delivered by Shri Krishna Devaraya of the Hampi (Anegundi Narapati Samsthanam) lineage. He spoke on “Hampi & Kanchi – The Eternal Connect,” highlighting their historic and spiritual bond. The event was graced by devotees and scholars. The programme reflected the enduring cultural ties between Hampi and Kanchi.
133rd Jayanti Mahotsavam of Pujya Kanchi Mahaswamigal — Kanchipuram & Across Bharata (29-31May26)

The 133rd Jayanti of Jagadguru Pujyashri Sri Chandrashekarendra Saraswathi Mahaswamigal was celebrated with great devotion at Shrimatam, Kanchipuram. The three-day celebration from 29th to 31st May included Vishwaroopa Darshan, Abhishekam, Visesha Pujas, Veda Parayanam, and Vidwat Sadas. Ubhaya Acharyas Pujyashri Shankara Vijayendra Saraswathi Swamigal and Pujyashri Satya Chandrasekharendra Saraswathi Swamigal performed Abhishekam at the Brindavanams. Scholars were honoured.
Prasadam was offered to the steady stream of devotees who visited Shrimatam. The Jayanti was simultaneously celebrated at multiple locations across Bharata — Tiruvanaikoil (Trichy), Tiruvannamalai, Gobichettipalayam, and Mullipalam near Chozhavandan — with Veda Parayanam, discourses, and devotional programs.
Swarna Rathotsavam – Kanchipuram (30May26)
As part of the Vasantotsavam celebrations, the Swarna Rathotsavam of Sri Kanchi Kamakshi Ambal was conducted on 30 May 2026, coinciding with the auspicious Pournami and the first day of the festival. Devi Kamakshi graced devotees in a magnificent procession on the golden chariot. Devotees gathered in large numbers to witness the divine spectacle and receive her blessings. Inauguration of Shilpa Patashala Bhavanam & Anvikshiki School of Law — SCSVMV, Kanchipuram (30May26)
Pujya Acharya Swamiji graced Sri Chandrasekharendra Saraswathi Viswa Mahavidyalaya (SCSVMV), Enathur, Kanchipuram, inaugurating two landmark academic facilities. The Shilpa Patashala Bhavanam — a dedicated school for traditional temple sculpture — was blessed after Swamiji visited the exhibition, classrooms, and workshop, offering encouragement to students and teachers preserving this ancient Agamic art.
On the same day, Pujya Acharya Swamiji blessed and inaugurated upgraded digital infrastructure at the Anvikshiki School of Law for Women, including smart classrooms, a Moot Court, Digital Lab, and Legal Aid Clinic. Eminent jurists — Former Chief Justice of Madras High Court Justice K.R. Sriram, Justices of Madras, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh High Courts — along with academicians and senior judiciary officials, participated. Yatra Arrival at Kolanukonda (18May26)

Pujya Acharya Swamiji arrived at Shri Shankara Matam, Kolanukonda this evening from Nellore. Devotees accorded a traditional welcome with Poornakumbam. Visesha pujas were performed at the Sri Ganapati Sannadhi. The entire visit was marked by devotion, reverence, and Vedic traditions.

The Jayanti Mahotsava of Pujyashri Sri Satya Chandrasekharendra Saraswati Swamiji was celebrated with great devotion at Shrimatam on 11 May 2026. The three-day Mahotsavam, which began on 9 May, featured various spiritual and cultural programmes. Veda Parayanam, Rig Samhita Havan, Ishti, and Rudra Homam with Poornahuti were performed in the presence of both Acharyas. Kalasateertham was offered at the Brindavanams, along with Visesha Pujas. Prasadams from Sri Kanchi Kamakshi Ambal Devasthanam and other temples were offered to the Acharyas. The celebrations, marked by Sangeeta Samarpanam and Annadanam, drew devotees from far and wide.

Inauguration of Eye Hospital – Saharsa, Bihar (30Apr26)
Pujya Acharya Swamiji inaugurated the Kanchi Guruparampara Shankara Eye Hospital in Saharsa. The event was attended by Shri Giriraj Singh, Union Minister and MP from Begusarai, Shri Janardan Singh Sigriwal, MP from Maharajganj, along with the Mayor and District Magistrate of Saharsa. A mural of Jagadguru Adi Shankaracharya with His four disciples and an inauguration plaque were unveiled on the occasion. Due to heavy rains the previous night, the venue was shifted to the hospital frontage with the backdrop of Adi Shankara. Shri Shankar (Wing Commander Retd.), Trustee of Shankara Hospital, presented the facility highlights. The dignitaries emphasized the significance of the institution and its cultural and spiritual connections between Kanchi and Bihar.
Mandana Mishra Dham, Mahishi & arrival at Saharsa, Bihar (29Apr26)

Pujya Acharya Swamiji arrived at Darbhanga this morning at around 9:30 AM and was received with Poornakumbham by devotees and officials. The District Magistrate of Darbhanga welcomed the Acharya Swamiji, who enquired about the well-being of the region. The entourage then proceeded towards Mandana Mishra Dham at Mahishi, located about 80 kilometres from Darbhanga. The journey passed through scenic landscapes, rivers such as the Kamala and Kosi, and fertile agricultural fields. The region is noted for paddy, corn, sugarcane cultivation, and makhana production. His Holiness reached Mahishi at noon via Sakri and Benipur, despite challenging weather conditions, with smooth road travel throughout.

Pujyashri Acharya Swamiji graced the Brahma Kalasha Mahotsava at Hanumagiri, Ishwara Mangala, Dakshina Karnataka, on 11 and 12 April 2026. Pujyashri Acharya Swamiji visited Amaragiri, where a gallery dedicated to India’s revolutionaries and patriotic leaders has been established to inspire Desha Bhakti.
Pujyashri Acharya Swamiji later visited the sacred shrines of Sri Kodandaramamurthy and Sri Panchamukha Anjaneya. The Brahma Kalasha Sthapana was performed amidst Vedic chants and devotional fervour.
Kumbhabhishekam of Marubai Gavdei Mandir – Mumbai (09Apr26)
With the divine presence of Pujyashri Acharya Swamiji, the Maha Kumbhabhishekam of Sri Marubai Gaondevi Mandir, Matunga, Mumbai, was solemnly performed on 9 April 2026. The occasion was graced by the presence of Sri Sadanand Saraswati Shankaracharya Swamiji, Peetadhipati of the Dwaraka Peetham.
Devotees gathered in large numbers to witness the auspicious event. The temple resonated with Vedic chants and devotional fervour throughout the celebrations. Later, Harathi was offered at the Shankaracharya Sannadhi in Shankar Math, Matunga.

During his sojourn in Mumbai, Pujyashri Acharya Swamiji visited many temples including SIES Kamakshi and Hanuman temples in Nerul, Murugan temple in Nerul, Balaji temple in Nerul, Ram Mandir in Goregaon and others. Swamiji also addressed many events including Dharmam Chara event held in Bombay Stock Exchange premises and celebration of 100 years of RSS in Matunga, Mumbai.
168th Vidwat Sadas of the Advaita Sabha — Arasavanangadu & Vakyartha Sadas, Tiruvarur (28 -29 Mar 26)

With the blessings of Pujyashri Acharya Swamiji, the 168th Vidwat Sadas of the Kanchi Kamakoti Mulamnaya Sarvajna Peetam Advaita Sabha — established in 1894 by the 66th Acharya to propagate Advaita Vedanta — was conducted at Arasavanangadu near Tiruvarur on 28–29th March 2026 (Panguni, Parabhava Samvatsaram), along with Vakyartha Sadas.
Eleven scholars participated, presenting Vakyarthas from foundational texts including Brahma Sutra Bhashyam, Nyaya Rakshamani, and Sankshepa Sharirakam. A Tamil Upanyasa on Panchadashi was delivered by Brahmashri Mani Dravida Sastrigal for the benefit of the general public. The divine portraits of Jagadguru Adi Shankara Bhagavatpada and the Advaita Sabha’s founding Acharyas were taken in a devotional procession.
Vakyartha Sadas was held on 04 Apr 2026 in the benign presence of Pujyashri Shankara Vijayendra Saraswathi Shankaracharya Swamiji at Matunga Sankara Mattham, Mumbai. Many scholars including Mullaivasal Shri Krishnamurthy Shastrigal participated.
Vasanta Navaratri Mahotsavam at Shri Bangaru Kamakshi Temple, Thanjavur (19 -27 March 26)
The Utsavam was celebrated in a grand manner. In the mornings in all 9 Days Shrividya Homam, Abhishekam to Snapana Moorthy and Shrimad Devi Maha Bhagavatha Parayanam were held. In the evenings, Shri Lalitopakhyana Parayanam, Shri Lalitha Sahasranama Laksharchana to Kamakshi and Shrimad Devi Maha Bhagavatha Upanyasam were held. Special on Maha Navami – March 27 (Morning):
